Companies like 3M & Zimmer do not play fair, don't discount this action as a way to stop Xperience from becoming widely used in the industry.
Start a legal action, draw it out, starve NXS of cash, buy it out cheap & then shelve the product.
Companies that sell treatments often don't have patients well being at their forefront. Keep a patient in hospital due to an infection then sell more expensive treatments to solve their ailments rather than a few hundred dollars to not have an infection in the first place.
Big Pharma is in business to make money not necessarily to give patients better quality of life. Cynical I know but it's a fact of life in the US, this is the country that lets people die if they can't afford medical procedures or insurance.
Xperience was the product that potentially could transform NXS, now it's future is very uncertain.
