Deansy - RMA is suing MSO for 3million - not the other way...

Deansy - RMA is suing MSO for 3million - not the other way round! Why would they allow for contingency on that? I suspect RMA will hold over the action to see if MSO gets a juicy cheque ex Video Ezy, and then sue them for the profit share allowed under the exclusive contract that they signed with MSO..............just a guess, but, having been involved early on (not from either MSO or RMA side but independently), thats what I would do.............Its MSO thats on thin ice here, not RMA (and MSO have provided contingent liabilities in their last few reports supported my view above)

Also, I suspect there are still some surprises (both positive and negative) to unfold as yet. But, Deansy, I suspect your paymasters at either of MSO or QFX (lets not argue which publicly) will not be happy with some of the outcomes............
