Newtrader, you may well know more than me about the issuing of a prospectus but my opinion is that, yes RMA are suing MSO but, the outcome is not a certainty until the verdict is in. Therefore it may go against RMA (which it has thus far) & they will be up for considerable costs. So to be prudent, they should (and I thought must) provide a contingent liability on their books - especially in a prospectus which will be alive for several years not just until the funds are raised.
Your quite wrong about who my paymaster is, my 'pay' comes from sharetrading & my investments in listed companies. Unfortunately, any payday from RMA will be a long way away, if ever. Given the extended trading halt and the news that it will remain so for a considerable time to come, I can't even realize a tax loss by selling!
