    Prospectus for the renouncable rights issue has been lodged with the ASIC so shareholders should receive it next week.

    It'll be interesting to see what the directors have to say about how SOO is travelling and their forecasts.

    Potential for 43 million additional shares to be issued at 7 cents each, 35 million via the rights issue and roughly 8 million for directors via placements to be voted on at the EGM on 30/7/07.
