Sorry if asked in previous threads, but can someone explain how the bonus shares work? I got the prospectus and it is not clear to me!
I have 125k shares, so can buy 62500 for $62.50.
Am I right in saying, I can exercise these at any time I want for 4c/share, but have to pay this additional amount? If so, how do I do this? should I have gotten another form in the mail?
Secondly, just to confirm, the only real point of exercising them, would be if it SP gets to over 4c a share, then I can exercise these and effectively get a discount on the shares (eg if they trade at 5c in 3 months time)?
