They say in NPM that the value would be in Lakes Blue Oil, LKO, and offer some LKO shares as sweetener, but that company is also well under 0.1 cents, with huge risks with rehabilitation bonds, and running out of money. LKO is diluting with loan money, but with fixed share price that gives an impression of increasing market value. As NPM with shared directors and ownership with LKO has used, half year ago, LKO shares as loan guarantee for 0.02 cents that gives a reference. Compared to that the share with the current offering is uninvestible.

They are losing their tenements in Argentina, there appears to be a dispute about the prioritized property Las Openas and they have
lost US tenements with similar dispute with the same company Genesis.

Apparently the directors do not understand contracts and do not use money for legal experts, that is observable in Finland.

In Finland they have some exploration permits and some in courts. There is strong resistance in the populated regions of Pirkanmaa and Häme so there will be no new mines in the region.
