I'll admit that I was "possibly" wrong in thinking that the S7 tenders would be a cash competitive tender when it "could" be a cash competitive tender, but more likely a business case competitive tender.
Now SP3, I will not admit that you are right in that S7 coal will be "given away for nothing".
Firstly, nothing is for free.
Secondly, the Vic Govt will expect royalties for any S7 coal allocation upgraded/sold/etc.
So, whilst you may consider waste heat free and S7 coal free and so on, once a definitive business case is established, you really think that AGL, Vic Govt, etc. are going to provide these things for free???
Come on, you are not that naive surely.
