Win lose or draw,,, only the ALDP draw will reflect political green light support wrt a fairly well known and or understood number ( hand full ) of lignite techs.

They ( ALDP ) are ostensibly in control of the recently re-rated resource we call lignite.

CAG are about to be a player in the mix imho.

To discount any of the potential ALDP short listed recipients, known or suspected, would be less than prudent imho.
let's perhaps call ALDP the draw, and anything else , so much background radiation perhaps.
