With the AGM to proceed with the re-listing process for NFL (no idea what their new ASX code will be if all goes well) only days away the company is overdue on the lodgement of a prospectus with the ASIC. The indicative timetable provided with the Notice of Meeting shows that this was due to occur 29/10/14. As at 5/11/14 the ASIC website indicates that it has yet to be lodged.
Hopefully it is not too far away as I would like to sell my shares and claim a capital loss.
