I would say the outcome at Kingaroy would have to be known before anyone would committ to purchasing any shares. Surely. Or at least some forward plan from Cougar.

I have no idea what the price would be but I dont think it will be anywhere near 7c.

Its really a huge shame for CXY and UCG that they are in this position. If everyhting is as Cougar are saying its really all over one faulty reading. Is that really going to cause investors to loose millions of dollars and for 20 odd people to loose their jobs and a whole emerging cleaner coal technology to loose its footing in a state of Australia?

You would of sweared that people had actually been contaminated and died! All this over a faulty lab result and some readings bearly recordable that cause no harm to anyone?

Surely we will look back and laugh in the future!
Maybe well down the track for the poor investors caught up in this!
