bhs have a look at clause 4.4 (page 37) of the prospectus. It sets out the possible scenarios. If all eligible shareholders take up their entitlements there will be no effect on the control of Admedus. I can't see that happening but the worst case option is not all that bad. I haven't done any research on the possibility but perhaps someone with a bit more knowledge could comment on whether the Foreign Investment Review Board would get involved if there was any attempt by a foreign entity to take control of the company.
