Yep, saw that one. My read is that those scenarios are not exhaustive. Assumes Star Bright takes up max $5m when elsewhere in document is says that shareholders can take up any shortfall (which does not exclude Star Bright).
It does mention that they will ensure that any shortfall takeup complies with corps act rules around control. However, as mentioned above, the corps act seems to have a loop hole when it comes to rights issues.
