    As far as I'm aware, two non-exec directors recently purchased reasonable amount of shares (greater than 90K $AU value for each purchase). Then this prospectus. Could this mean anticipation of improvement, and that BOTA might want to take advantage via capital raising? Maybe a naïve interpretation? Any thoughts anyone?
