I think you're right Barney. But for phase 3 LANI trial to be worthwhile, I assume BOTA would need agreement with FDA as to the endpoints. From BOTA's perspective, these would presumably need to be such that LANI would have a good chance of achieving them, given results of the phase 2. Let's see if an agreement is announced.
