Prospectus - Wed 20 May

So there's a prospectus coming up to raise a minimum of $5mil. They've calculated the figures in the HoA assuming a 2c per share price.

If we sit at 1.1c until this date, I assume it's more likely that the prospectus shares will be at 1c?

Any thoughts on how the looming prospectus may play out would be cool.

Also, shareholder vote approving acquisition was apparently today.
