    No profitable track record to date.

    Reasonably high number of options and the like to further dilute shareholders down the track.

    Always intrigues me the way small companies with no profit track record come to market projecting a profit. Why not actually make the profit then come to market???

    The only words that comes to mind are BE CAREFUL.
