Relatively new at this. So after some advise.
Assuming it's over subscribed and the $15K is scaled back, assuming I purchase more than they allocate to me, does the volume I select to purchase in the SPP affect my allocation percentage? OR is that solely based on and holding value.
In simple terms: Do you think it's better to margin the whole $15k and wait for the refund, or try and to 'guess' my scale back value.
