Hi all, I notice the deafening silence as everyone reads through the prospectus.
Precious little information regarding the new direction the company plans to take. Most of the funds are slated for near/mid term oil & gas projects with only $350k set aside for Copahue (probably to pay overdue bills).
As for the SigHolder statements, can anyone please tell me whether this means they are not participating in the rights issue?
