cj I think the statements only relate to their recalculated holding following the $200k placement. I would like a statement that the Directors will take up their rights issue. But the directors are under no obligation to make such a revelation or commitment.
Now, this gets me every time: what is the latest date on which to buy shares to be counted on the Record Date?
