Good point. I've wondered the same thing.

Our directors have consistently stated that they are confident of a successful CIFI raising. CIFI still have Earth Heat mentioned on their website. Maybe the directors should be granted the benefit of the doubt. A successful CIFI raising would be the final piece of the financial puzzle. Copahue would be fully funded and the $1.5m rights issue will fund other near/mid term ventures (because let's face it, Copahue is a big project that will take many years).

This $1.5m rights issue only makes sense to me in the context of either a successful CIFI raising and/or a juicy new project.

I just wish the prospectus was more informative. Until we have more certainty, my sentiment remains 'None'.
