Can you put up your numbers that verify that the 50% ownership mark has been passed as you state. It has not been according to my numbers.

You state control has been passed. Define control for me because I'm confused. What proof do you have that the new recent shareholders are operating as a single block? Do we throw my holding, Humble's and Pelm's into the block as well or is the block a race thing and thus we don’t qualify.

Just trying to figure out fact from myth that's all.
