Hi there, I'm a long term NZ holder having bought towards the top of the PLV SP some years ago now. I continue to keep the faith.
I'm trying to get my head around the prospectus, that being from NZ, I can't participate in anyway.
Excuse me for stating the obvious, but It appears to be a legal requisite rather than a dilutive cap raising.
Should I be concerned at all about not participating?
Any advice, from PLV holders much appreciated.
