Perhaps, but after a quick perusal of the last published BKP annual accounts, I believe that I have just discovered a sublime solution to BKP,s apparent need for additional funding.....This solution is contained within the last set of the affore mentioned published accounts...

On page 34 of those accounts, under "UNSECURED Loans to other Entities",to companies of which the "dynamic duo" are directors,are the sums totalling= $2,045,000....

On page 38 of these accounts,under:- "SEVICED OFFICES",and on page 39 of these accounts,under:- "BROKERAGE SERVICES","CORP.CONSULTING FEES,(X2),Totalling= $353,410.

Adding these two figures together =$2,398,410...

Now,for the masterstroke!! The "Public Offer", seeks to raise a mere $2,594,569..If,and I repeat,If,the Dynamic Duo, Collin and Justin,as an indication of their belief in the BKP story-,
(and what a story it has been,from Africa to Southeast Asia to Craypots, to Ironsands,to the South Georgina;the mind fairly boggles!),
-were to re-imburse those sums paid to them, then BKP would have almost sufficient readies to pay for BKP's envisioned capital needs..Only a minimal $196,159 shy of the touted sum sought!
AND NO FURTHER CAPITAL DILUTION RESULTING!!

OK,so what else needs attending to?
