Wenty, in answer to your question as to who will be participating in this issue of additional shares...
I will not be participating for three pertinent reasons...
1= I feel that it is due to the Current Directors unwise onlending,(investing-?) of BKP shareholders existing funds, to demonstrably,incompetently managed and unprofitable companies allied to BKP management,that is the major reason BKP are operating on the proverbial "shoestring"..
2= If,I so wished I am able to throw good money after bad by purchasing further BKP shares on market AT the offer price WITHOUT DILUTION of existing BKP capital value,such as it is!!..
3= I believe that it is incumbent upon current BKP directors to recover existing loans to associated ventures before expecting shareholders to subsidise their,in my opinion, demonstrably incompetent and grossly unprofitable, corporate mis-adventures!!
