There are two factors to consider,re the proposed issue..

1- If a current BKP shareholder wishes to acquire more shares in BKP then to avoid capital dilution,I would advise an on-market purchase at current price of $0.005 and
AVOID CONTRIBUTING TO CAPITAL DILUTION!!

2- If sufficient shareholders take this route increasing their shareholding, then this may just "encourage" what passes for management, to reclaim some of the shareholders funds that have been placed with other entities.
