When buying "on market" the purchaser is buying existing shares,ie. no new shares are being created..
The Company DOES NOT have to issue new shares to raise extra funds..The company can RECLAIM ON-LENT SHAREHOLDERS FUNDS,thus resolving the need to issue new shares.
As a result there is no capital dilution for existing shareholders!
Plus it means that the proposed 6% fee for the capital raising, via New York Securities, would not be applicable..
