ASIC Determination CuDeco Limited (ASX Code; CDU,

CuDeco) advises that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has made a determination under section 713(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act) that CuDeco may not rely on section 713 of the Act (which allows short form prospectus) until 9 October 2016. This has arisen due to the company not lodging their June 2015 financials by 30 September 2015 (for the reasons set out in our announcement of 1 October 2015). As a result of this determination, Cudeco will be required to prepare a full prospectus in relation to the upcoming rights issue. An updated timetable is attached.
