UNIS just issued a new prospectus with the SEC.
It's for a convertible note (they do seem to listen writer ) to raise 7.9 million, link below.
If converted to common stock the owner will then own approx 4.99% of the company.
Surely this will be dealt with during the CC tonight and no doubt had something to do with the Strategix review.
The company hasn't done a convertible note before, I'm interested in who it buying it.
