It would be truly amazing if the adult results were as good as the pediatric, for the reasons outlined previously. But the hints so far are that they could be in a similar ballpark. There is absolutely no reason to suspect that they will be a flop, and every reason to hope that they will be excellent.

A greater risk for RAP in my opinion is the possibility of a competitor getting in on the act. Who can say for sure how effective the patents are, or how secure the IP? Or how quickly another team could replicate the achievement. Maybe a couple of years is a possibility.
So all the more important for ResApp to get on the market and dominate it early. Exploit the first mover advantage. Hence this CR is timely - and honest, because the money was indeed there to take it to FDA approval, just.
