If the result are excellent for children, I doubt it be that much different for adults (it's not like it's going from animal to human testing) but you never know??????

At worst, parents can purchase the app to check their children's coughing, 50M download world wide for a measly $10, means 500M which needs to be updated/license/download annually resulting in a revenue of 500M p.a or they can host the app at a cost of $10 per usage, instead of taking them to the doctor at a cost of $50-100 per visit and cramping the hospital/doctor waiting rooms.

So the current market capital of 150M is quite small.
