To speculate on the cost per download or the cost per 'cough' is ridiculous.

I'll refer to my earlier comment, we have absolutely no idea exactly what we are dealing with here.

The scope is enormous. The algorithm, revolutionary. This won't be something that people can download form the app store.

Of more interest to me, is the 'Learning' component of this algorithm. However it works, it's value may dwarf it's ability to diagnose repository illnesses.
