Its the most convoluted prospectus ever seen, so many working parts it's very hard to work out the complexities of who's giving what to whom.
What I did see was Duffell and Neylon on $10,000 month for first (3 months maybe?) then moves to $25,000 month plus 10% increase p.a
This is why S Neylon is on $300,000 + p.a
Really is a disgrace.
When the sugar hit the fan with Roam-e and change of direction was stated, all remuneration packages should have been revised based on them having no Roam-e and having to basically start the business again.
It wasn't changed, of course not, why pay themselves less, silly me.
Nelon should be on $100k year max plus incentives based on KPI's, not friggin $330,000 p.a, it's ludicrous beyond comprehension for a company that has no revenue to speak of.
