Only 35% of stock held by top 20 and 68% of the oppies held by top 20. NEO had over 85% of the NEOO held by the top 20 and those oppies went to zero.
JPRO are unlikely to go to zero - but still a chance if the IPO is delayed. However it matters not to a person wanting entry to the IPO - 17 cents for the JPR now or 4 cents plus 20 cents equals 24 cents via the oppies - LOL! That is 7 cents a share more via the oppies - a 41% PREMIUM.
Duhhhh - I can't work out what is cheaper - duuuhhhhh!!
