The numbers you quote are correct. They're still saying that, if your entitlement is for less than a marketable parcel, they reserve the right not to allocate anything. I suggest that to get revenge, when it comes time to sell of EDN, just leave 1 share behind so that they're left with a totally unmanageable share register and waste huge amounts on postage each time they have to send material to shareholders!
