Once again, youve totally missed the point on all issues.

QFX's prospectus is misleading (see my QFX post) as it omits vital information, and ignores BigPond movies and ReelTime.

RMA's prospectus (whilst not filling you with joy) contains the material risks. So, if being misled makes you a happy investor, then so be it!

The RMA box has been built with Microsoft cooperation - so its an accepted industry standard box that can vie Youtube, RMA's content, play DVD's (and burn them), manage music with High Def Twin Tuners. Now heres the upside, its has a massive 320Gb PVR with ICETV's EPG built in - which will seriously give the Seven/TiVo prospect some nightmares as Seven/TiVo dont have an all channel EPG - making the TiVo unit near useless, and Seven/TiVo dont have broadband content (they get it from RMA at the moment thru Yahoo!7).

The Video Ezy box is Linux, and doesnt have the features on interconnectivity of teh RMA box, so you cant do as much, or load content to other Windows devices (Phone, PDA etc - now that 11% of Australians use them to watch videos).

And if your telling me that Video Ezy franchisees will agree to content being "charged" onto a stick any place other than Video Ezy, mate, youre delusional. How will they survive.

However, what truly amazes me is that you have missed the point on the internet entirely. It provides access to information & services without leaving your home - and entertainment can now come that way via RMA. The Video Ezy model is even loopier than QFX's in terms of trying to sell it and make it work.
