I should add that I'm a big bear at heart, but while I believe we will see real falls of 50% or more over the next 10 years, I find it hard to believe we could see falls of 15-20% before December.

But because Australia (Canada etc) is behind the trend, we have something to compare out bubble too. Entering our second year of falls may make a lot of people see parallels between our housing bubble and that of overseas. When you are leading the world trend, its more wait and see.

China is also an interesting wildcard. Will it come down quickly this year, or take several years?
