Fair enough but you should of insulated yourself better,you just paid $150000 off your loans in 5 years 9 dollar pm phone plans, no foxtel. No credit cards, no hire purchase which is great but you didnt sell to realise your gain and now your profits are eroding day by day and soon you would of lost the $150000 in 1 year that you saved so much for.The only winners are the banks.Lets hope when you come to sell the ass isnt falling out of the market like retires are finding out now.
