No need to sell a great investment. Maybe with hindsight i would have. But if market doesn't crash I am still sitting pretty with great cap gains and rental income. If it does crash I can leverage it to buy something else and still have income
I want to leave it to the kids anyway. The point is I have flexibility and options, so no sweat.
