"Heads what wrong with the 4yr term for street thugs"
Nothing about time,the violence is out of control.Lock the first few up for 4 years and that will be the end of the problem. As a parent my number one fear is that one of my kids gets belted down the street,cracks his head on the concrete and dies.Or just as bad is not quite right for the rest of his life. The mandatory 4 year sentence smacks of policy on the run.I hope the Libs follow through on their promise and other states follow the lead.
