agree - any fund/larger investor who has been in 2-3 years is still green at these prices, so if they are exiting for whatever reason then selling at this price is very different to someone who has bought in last 12 months.
outside of the failed acquisition, i don't see how the story has changed, so if you were a buyer 6 months ago you are a buyer today.
