I have a friend who is quite skilled with computer data feeds and stuff. He reckons the signatures are on an algorithm that spreads the signatures over a set period of time. The delay gets longer to a point, then slows down to a point, then speeds up again. It's all measured. I reckon there will be tangible data to prove the false signatures in due course.

Not that these shirty internet petitions do anything anyway - this is a prime example of why.
