To Voltaire,

If Gillard was riding on Rudd's mandate for carbon pricing, why she did go to the last election with NO CARBON TAX as her policy? She cancelled Rudd's mandate with that policy.

So she's changed her mind - labor now needs to seek a new mandate by going to the next election with carbon pricing as their policy, imo.
