    An excellent synopsis by pro punter. Any earnings that would ordinarily go to funding dividends will be utilized to shore up balance sheet or the banks will take it for restructuring debt covenents.

    Privitisation (MBO)by management with Kevin McCabe as the principle funder is absolutely something they are trying to achieve IMO.
