the reason i bought MGX was that the chinese were taking a 40% stake @ $0.60c (they were taking the ore at cost) and it was trading in the 20's, it needed FIRB approval but given the doomsday scenario immediately post GFC it was a lock to go through.. was a no brainer for me.

it moved up to the high 40's post FIRB and sat there for a number of months before breaking out, i think it ran all the way to $2.40 or so, i was out around $2..

i didnt hold or even know about PLV back then and to think we were next door!

im certain there is worse to come on the global markets so we should shave a few more cents off our SP as more distressed/panicked people offload an I/O junior like PLV who hasnt started producing yet.
