Proterra has sold the Corinella group of farms to local farmers, see article from AFR here:

I am not sure if there are any economic benefits that will flow from this sale to PAC.
It shows Farmland as an asset class is very hot at the moment and FUM at Proterra and ROC should continue to growing at around the 20% mark annually for the foreseeable future.
