The weekly times article mentions:
- two other properties up for sale earlier this year have been taken off the market (One Tree in Qld and Racecourse in NSW).
- Proterra initially bought Vaucluse for $20M in 2015
- Proterra had doubled the size of the property by acquiring neighbouring properties
- included in the sale was a grain storage facility
Goes to show how much Rural Property prices have increased over the last few years.
