Cormann has now repeated the views expressed last year by Cash and Dutton that protesters may lose any jobseeker benefit they receive. Despite the protest marchs being held on weekends or public holidays. Would he say the same to protesters marching against the war in Iraq or Afghanistan??. Or protesters marching to support any of his ideals?. Once you start to pick and choose who to penalise for marching against your held beliefs then it is a slippery slope.
