"tell me how they can withdraw that just because of a change of government.
under what reasons can they change something that is in black and white - ie. the TOL and all the conditions of the TOL."

    Answer:
What you assert is in black and white is shrouded in secret hidden under the Official Secret Act (OSA).

In recent weeks at the first sign of political trouble, three BN Ministers came out insisting LYC must re-export the waste from Malaysia as this is one of the condition of the TOL. Reimporting the waste back to Australia is an imposibility.

If the opposition wins government, they will declassify the approval documents and if any requirements are not met the TOL will not be extended.

IF Najib does not win handsomely, his enemies within UMNO will be pushing him out together with those responsible for the TOL saga. The TOL could be one of the many millstones the enemies within will use against Najib.

Having stated the above, when Malaysians themselves are unable to predict the election outcome, it is laughable to see the those posting the blatant lies LAMP is no longer a political issue!!

Go check it out the opposition ceramahs (political campaigns) and you will be able to gauge the number of Malaysians turning up to hear the opposition.
