all these enviromentalist group work on pack mentality. if one group decides to protest about unsubstanciated claims, all the other uneducated people will follow. some may also say gullable groups.
dont get me wrong, if i beleived lynas really possed a real threat to the enviroment and was leaking radiation and polluting the enviroment i personally would not hold stock in a company like that.
BUT every step of the way lynas has been at the forefront of having in place good enviromental pollicies unlike 3rd world producers ie china etc.
i think they are just getting alot of flak from the industries past. fair enough as there was some pretty bad companies ARE in malayasia which sets a pretty dam bad example of what was done in the past. which is most of the reason why fuzzy has any kind of backing.
but the past is the past time to move on get into it and do it as enviromentally friendly as possible. which i beleive lynas is all about
