So I get one of these in the mail a few weeks back, not sure if everyone gets one only rate payers in their electorate.

There is bar code on the right, with my name and address and a few reference numbers on the right hand side.

Why can't people log onto something using this info to vote, scan the bar code with the ph or use the special reference numbers.

Ok maybe not everyone can do this if you are not a rate payer but it is a darn good start to stop people going out to vote.

They identify me by bringing this card and nothing else.
